Room Hire
A number of rooms are available for hire in the Parish Centre and Church. Please contact us for enquiries and to make a booking. To see when the various rooms are in use, please click here.
Large Hall ‘Cuthbert’ £30 per hour, charities £25 per hour. Seats up to 200.
Medium Hall ‘Mary’ £20 per hour, charities £15 per hour. Seats up to 100.
Meeting Room ‘Eardulph’ £15 per hour, charities £10 per hour. Seats up to 25.
Meeting Room ‘Chad’ £10 per hour, charities £8 per hour. Seats up to 8.
Meeting Room ‘Upper Room’ £15 per hour, charities £10 per hour. Seats up to 20, access via stairs.
Small meeting Room ‘Oswald’ £10 per hour, charities £8 per hour. Seats up to 10, access via stairs.
Church £50 per hour, charities £45 per hour. Seats up to 350.
Coffee Days (10am – 2pm on Saturdays)
£40 per day including use of Still Boiler only. An extra £15 if any other equipment is used, i.e. cooker or dishwasher. Please note you are not allowed to use the fryer and there should be people present with a current Health and Hygiene Certificate.
Kitchen
Please note that you must state if you wish to use the kitchen facilities alongside your room booking. We may be able to provide required equipment for an additional charge, but this will need to be booked in advance through the Parish Office.
Payment
All hire charges must be paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed with the Parish Office. Anyone wishing to book these facilities must agree to our conditions of use.
